Our Philosophy is a player-centered approach of developing competence, confidence, courage, camaraderie and character. We hope to develop the fundamental skills necessary for individual success while applying these concepts and competencies in the context of a team effort. We believe mastery of the run/pass/catch approach utilized by USA Rugby inevitably translates to the success of teammates - which in turn promotes solving problems and serving others. In this way, each day our young people grow to appreciate and elevate others while competing in a challenging, contact sport. The bottom line: we believe this process develops the overall character of our participants.
